Come Practice With Me on Leap Day!
Every now and then, I have the opportunity to sub at Sanctuary Yoga. We do yoga in a church on Olympic Blvd, just east of Fairfax. It’s a group of wonderful ladies that come to practice, and every time I leave there, I feel like my heart has grown a little bit more. I would love to see YOU on the mat this Monday, February 29! Let’s make the LEAP into our hearts, ground into our feet, and hold ourselves in deep compassion.
